FAQ
Q: Does this docking station support M1 MacBook?
Yes. Our DisplayLink-based docks support Apple Silicon MacBooks with driver installation.
Please note that macOS natively supports only one external display. DisplayLink technology enables additional extended monitors.

Q: Why is my external monitor mirrored on macOS?
Mirroring usually occurs when using standard USB-C video output (DP Alt Mode), which is limited by macOS display restrictions.
To enable extended displays, ensure:
The dock uses DisplayLink technology
The latest DisplayLink driver is installed

Q: Do I need to install drivers?
Yes. DisplayLink-based video output requires installation of the official DisplayLink driver.
USB data and Ethernet may function without drivers, but display output requires the software.

Q: Is DisplayLink compatible with Windows 11?
Yes. Our docks are compatible with Windows 11 and Windows 10.
We recommend installing the latest DisplayLink driver for optimal performance.
